My first time using a dust boot on my CNC machine. Fit perfectly on my ProverXL 4030 V2 machine.

Keeping exposed ways and lead screws clean is critical for longevity of service. I recently purchased the Lunyee 3018 Pro Max and this shoe fits perfectly. I don't think I'll ever use the long bristle option but the short bristle option is perfect, my end mills sit about .2" below the bristles. I repurposed an old vacuum cleaner which delivers high pressure to the shoe and I have ZERO debris escape from it. I see videos here wherein the bristles are dragging the project piece which is not correct. My 30° V-bits are very short so I fabricated a plate to redirect the airflow so I use no bristles at all. I highly recommend this device, or whatever you can find to fit correctly, to keep debris contained.

Used on the FoxAlien 4040XE and Stinger wet/dry vacuum. 1.25” O.D. Vacuum hose fit perfectly into the inside of the shoe. No problem with the magnets holding bottom on while using the CNC machine. Great for easy access when changing bits. Easy mounting to motor with one set screw.

I like that it keeps the area less dusty but it clogs if under heavy load. works great for shallow cutting.

よかったが問題が取り付け方向を変えるとスピンドルのＺ方向が動作しなくる ネジを90度変えて解決 掃除機を繋いで解決またホースの挿入口が割れやすいのでバンドで固定と良いと思います

Ich habe das Teil für meine Twotrees TTC450 mit 500 Watt Spindel gekauft. Es passt perfekt an die Maschine und ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Durch die Magnethalterungen auch sehr komfortabel zu bedienen. Von mir eine volle Empfehlung!

ca fait exactement comme décrit.. il y a un léger espace entre les aimants pour ne pas avoir à forcer pour séparer les éléments.. j’ai connecté mon aspirateur "Dewal" (modèle DCV581) avec un peu d’adaptation et j’en suis satisfait.. l’aspirateur a déjà un boyau de 1 1/4", avec une rallonge "Dyson Gen 5" et un bout de raccord en PVC, c’est simple.. je suis surpris du manque d’information sur le raccordement à l’aspirateur, alors maintenant vous savez un minimum.. je laisserai une photo plus tard pour mieux voir..

Used it on my upgraded Genmitsu 3040 (was 3018) prover 2.0 cnc. Very useful product.
