I chose this product because one of my doctors said that my T4 was high and wanted to place me on prescriptive meds. My primary said no meds at this time, we will check the thyroid again in 3 months I'm still waiting for that 3 months to come to pass. Thus far taking this product I have been very pleased with what I have seen, increased energy & better sleep. I was in the process of losing weight, I am seeing help with that the more as well. I used to stay up late to see certain programs and now I'm fighting to stay up I can hardly stay awake past 10:30 so I just go to sleep. I'm getting my 8 hours in still a little earlier & feeling wonderful when I wake up.

Not sure if this is snake oil or not. Saw no difference in how I felt when taking these. I have hypothyroidism and taking these didn't seem to affect me.
