The handles are perfect size and the rope has the perfect flexibility. It’s not too flimsy or too stiff. It had improved my double unders for sure.

Just completed my first session with this rope (green). Like a past reviewer I like to do double unders a lot. I’ve only ever used the PVC material ropes (you may know a YouTube who always wears sunglasses, I use his), and I must say this is the superior SPEED rope. I just shattered my double under record as well as my # of jumps in one session because this thing is so fast and light. The turning mechanism is also superior. Finally my hands didn’t tire out or cramp before my body during double unders. PVC ropes have their place. But get this rope if you want to go really fast.

I love this jump rope for double unders! I had tried the RX rope and a few others but still couldn’t get double unders consistently till I got this rope! Just ordered my 2nd one after the first one had gotten worn out. I do wish I could buy just a replacement cable instead of the handles too but I will still continue to buy!Note it does not hold up well on cement! Made the mistake of using my new one on the sidewalk for an outside wod and wore the plastic coating off the second time I used it. Should have known better! Bout to buy #3

Having owned nothing but budget ropes and being just an occasional jumper, this one is as good as it can get in the budget range for me. Takes a while to get used to the thin diameter but it has enough weight to have good feedback and being thin cuts through the air really fast. Better have some good wire cutters to size this one though.

I previously was using one of the more common speed ropes from a popular supplier, one without ball bearings, and could string together 75 doubles before my forearms totally gave out. I bought this rope and quickly PR'd by 23 the day it came and got 98 unbroken. That was two weeks ago, then a week ago I finally joined the 100 club and got 104 unbroken. And finally, yesterday, I did 111 unbroken, only stopping because the clock stopped on my workout. I felt like I had 150 in me, the rope spins so fast and effortlessly. Let me reiterate, I was not a beginner, I had pretty solid double unders, but I can go much longer without reaching fatigue with this rope.

Getting closer to the double unders thanks to the fee of this rope. Smooth rotation and adjustable. Just need a good set of pliers to cut excess.

Works great indoors. Just don't use on rough concrete, wire sheathing rubbed off in one session.
