I am loving this tool not only for it's ability to help reduced muscle soreness and pain after a hard work out but also for its usefulness in lymphatic drainage. The four speeds are what provide this ability to use it in multiple ways. the ball shape also gives you the ability to target very specific areas such as the base of your spine or the bottom of your feet.
