Why is this advertised as “1 inch” when the product description says it’s 1.6”?!?

It is PU leather of very nice quality.

Is it true that its outer dimensions are: 13.11 x 11.85 x 2.4 inches?

The binder is exactly 10 7/8 inches wide from the front edge to the back edge. The height from bottom to top is exactly 11 3/4 inches from top to bottom.

Could you estimate how many pages with page protectors would this hold?

Just purchased and was able to put in 200 sheets (100 page protectors with papers back to back) and it’s not bulging at all. Just enough.
