Had to buy a new grill brush as my old ones were very worn out. Decided to try the Kona style with the coiled bristles. Seemed to make sense. Bought two as I normally wear one out every summer. These are nice brushes. Very sturdy, well constructed. Long handle so you don’t have your hand over the hot grill. Clean very well. My old brush was a normal bristle brush and it was worn out. But, I was still surprised how well this brush cleaned the grill. It seems to get cleaner each time I use this brush. I do dip it in water as recommended. And always with the grill hot. It does take a bit of “elbow grease”, but I think that is normal when cleaning a grill. Works well. I think one brush may last beyond the summer, but nice to have a spare. Would recommend and will buy again.

It's safer without the metal bristles on most brushes that come loose. A big advantage is the ability to apply cleaning pressure on the grill from different angles. For instance by holding the brush more upright. Their video is also very helpful.

Appears to be of good quality, but I found it cumbersome to use on different grates. Seperation between row was difficut to match the profile of the grates.

This grill cleaner works well and does not have any wires that can break off. This is my second purchase, with the first one lasting 15 years of 4 times a week use!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Did a little research in an effort to clean badly encrusted grill grates. I tried at least 5 methods and this was the best, although it didn't give me quite the results I wanted. Dipped the brush in hot water and cleaned the grill when it was 450 degrees or above. The long handle really helps. I do this every time I use the grill and now the grates are gradually getting to where I want them. I do like this best of all that I tried (Heavy Duty Oven cleaner, various bristle brushes, soaking in soapy water with Dawn in it), but since it didn't give me 100% of the results I was looking for, that's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
