Helps immensely on International flights
Whole family used to and from Europe and not sure we contribute it all to this but we did great so plan on using again and would recommend.

You need these
Theses were great. I started them the day before my flight. My conference was only 3 days including 1 day of flying. I took them 4 days total. I flew from WA to GA.

These work but only if you follow the directions. I took them the day before my travel date, as directed. And then every 3 hours the day of travel, as directed. Upon arriving in Israel, no pain and minimal jet lag as expected for a 9 hours flight and lost day. After days one and two in destination, I continued the pellets as directed so that by day three, I didn’t have to take them anymore. I should mention I had a total hip replacement 9 months prior to traveling and still no pain. After seeing some negative reviews, I was compelled to write a review. It’s possible those bad comments came from people who didn’t follow the directions. I would buy these in a heartbeat for my next travel abroad.

Worked great
This worked great for me!! I always suffer from jet lag. On a whim bought this, took exactly as directed and aside from being a little tired, no jet lag! Worked both when leaving the country and returning. Will definitely use this whenever traveling in the future.

I took them religiously on my trip to Europe and on the long plane ride over and I think they work!
