This is my new favorite meditation tool. It is so easy to use and the sound is absolutely beautiful. It's such a soothing tone that lingers.It is constructed by hand and an included card says it is created and prayed over by Monks and Nuns throughout the process. It honestly just feels like it has a great energy and is soothing even just to hold.It is nice and heavy despite being a small bowl. It is the perfect size for what I needed. The mallet is a nice weight, is easy to use, and the bowl performs excellent.If not using this for meditating or calming exercises it would still be very entertaining to play music with. A child could really put on a performance with this. I plan to take very special care of this.The quality of the materials and instructions are excellent. It's beautiful to look at and it's handmade. The sound is beautiful and soothing.I plan on ordering at least one more and very highly recommend this singing bowl.

I ordered the small bowl by intention. It was very carefully wrapped. It is from Nepal and was labeled properly. It ‘sings’ at a resonance my adhd brain finds very soothing. Evening just giving it a tap with the fingernail gives a nice ASMR reward. Quite pleased. Will be buying other sizes for different tones. 5 stars from me, and I’m picky. Enjoy

I have maybe used this once. I mainly got it for my altar. I fell in love with singing bowls when I was in treatment. It is really beautiful but small. I think it would be a good gift. The quality is great. I love it. I will probably get a bigger one that I will use when I get a meditation room.

I was new to these so I had no idea what size to buy etc. This came late the first day so I opened and tried it for a second and put away for tomorrow when I had more time. At first I thought I didn't like it but the more I played with it I got it to hum nicely but it takes a lot because the bottom gets smaller as it goes down and for me it hums the best the lower I go around and my arm gets tired and setting it on something doesn't work either. I need one with a higher measurement but I've looked and looked and even 4 in ones say they are 2 in as well. I will say it's very nice and I have even fooled around with playing the inside and tho it doesn't hum it makes nice sound. I don't want a super large one just a taller one but for others this will be fine.

Very tiny and doesn't have any sort of flat bottom so you can't put it on a flat surface but I do love the sound and it is made out of solid metal

This is very easy to use. The durability seems to last for a long time. I don’t see why it would get bad. The craftsmanship is excellent great value for your money.There’s no need to tune this. The tone of it is already perfect. I love the sound. It makes grounding sessions and calm you.

I bought the smallest bowl. Everything that I got was exactly what was shown, the wood pedestal, the brass bowl and the small pillow.I play, write and record music, and I the bowl that I got is in the key of F. There is also a higher over tone that again is in the key of F when the bowl is played.. sometimes I hear that.I bought this more to try and lessen test studying and the anxiety that comes from studying. I now understand why this is a great meditation tool as you need to concentrate on the bowl and lightly go around the bowl with the wood pedestal but also not too strongly or the bowl will tip over too much.Some tips:1) The bowl needs to be on the pillow that comes with the bowl as it has a hole in the center like a doughnut. That keeps the bowl's vibrations going.2) Strike the bowl once in the middle outside then quickly a second quick light hit and circle the bowl, on the small one that I have, I follow the three lines on the outside of the bowl.3) Make sure you have your wood pedestal above the bowl with your index, middle and thumb and again LIGHTLY go around the bowl. If you go to hard, to bowl will tip to one side while on the pillow.4) Some times, I notice that the sound will actually get louder as I am circling, know that there is A LOT of vibration that is happening on the metal bowl and many time the wood pedestal can bounce a bit on the surface.. if that happens KEEP GOING because I notice many times I keep the sound going for a long time.It is louder than I thought it would be! And it's awesome.. I wonder how louder the bigger singing bowl are. I really recommend this product and it does have a label on it that it was made in Nepal. - Tom
