As there is no means to indicate a negative number, consider this a negative five rating. My wife suffering from ragweed allergy bought two of these and could not open them. Directed to squeeze the bottom part then squeeze and turn from the top. I'm a former football player, and my hands are very strong. For the life of me, I could not open this thing no matter how I attempted. I finally had to get a pair of pliers to pull of the top and the lid. I then had to use heavy duty nail clippers to snip all the outer plastic on the bottom part. Then I used a knife to cut this away. After practically destroying the thing, I finally put it back together and then the sprayer would not spray when pushed down. In all this process, it leaked all over the place. Bottom Line: It matters not how good this stuff may be, getting it open and then using it is impossible. I am so furious I want to use a litany of superlatives (curse words) to discribe this nightmare, but I will use a military term, this is a total Charlie Foxtrot. Be Warned: DO NOT BUY THIS!

5 stars for the product but 0 stars for the new “child proof lock” on the cap. I can not get it to open no matter how hard i press and twist! Great product - I always keep on with me! It helps with any congestion from allergies to colds! but horrible new packaging design.

Top is difficult to remove. I wouldn’t purchase again because of that (maybe it’s child proof and senior citizen proof?!)

I bought this nasal spray because I deal with a lot of congestion throughout the year, especially in the spring and winter, and sometimes it gets so bad that I can barely breathe. I’ve been using this for about two months, and it has worked extremely well for me. What I like most is how quickly it works. No matter how bad my congestion is, this spray usually clears it in about three minutes or less. Sometimes it can take a little patience and a few minutes to fully kick in, but it has never failed to open my nostrils so I can breathe again. I also like that I usually only need one spray in each nostril. With some other brands, I’ve had to spray two or three times in each nostril before getting much relief, so this feels much more effective and efficient. Honestly, I do not have anything negative to say about it. It matched what I expected from the listing, I plan to keep buying it, and for me it is an easy 5 stars.

one star. would give zero. you guys LITERALLY took what was working PERFECTLY... the Pinch Cap top to the sprayer and the actual spraying mechanism itself.. and BROKE IT! I mean you can't make this stuff up. you had a PERFECT pinch to open and full spray mechanism bottle... and you said. "HEY GUYS! I have only one brain cell left but need to justify my job! Here's a GREAT IDEA! Let's take our great fully functional spray bottles that have been working great for everyone, and make it so they DON'T SPRAY right AT ALL! 😮😂😠 Like AT ALL. THEY DON'T WORK. YOU had PERFECTION. But apparently you hired a complete and utter moron who had to justify their job SOMEHOW. So do you TEST your products??! I mean I'm trying to understand how something this dumb happens. Like is it a JOKE?! ARE You Pranking your own customers? Like HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?? Seriously. How. Fully functional product. reliable. works great.. and you take the spray bottle and say something like... "How can we make this thing NOT WORK ANYMORE for people?" Did you do that? Because this is ABSURD levels of FAIL. Like wow. The twist cap removal sprayer bottles DO NOT WORK. What you had before with the pinch ones.. whatever sprayer was being used there THAT WORKED FLAWLESSLY. THIS? holy moly! like not even a little. It doesn't spray enough. it doesn't spray right.. it gets stuck... the spray doesn't even go up the nasal cavity correctly anymore! I'm literally going to have to find another product now because you chose a new spray mechanism that COMPLETELY FAILS in every way imaginable. lol I mean it's just.. I have no words. like how the he * * does this happen?? Did ya hire somebody special and give them full reign on bottle design? Just wow. wow. stunning levels of dumb here guys. alright. ZERO stars. Go back to the old design bottle. I'll gladly adjust this review. but I don't see you guys doing that. so. I'm out. buh bye.
