Wise Guys Love to Cook: Stories and Recipes From My Time With the Mob

Cool stories about mob life here in northeast PA. This area had a HUGE mob presence. Consequently, the Italian restaurants were second to none; of note CAFE RINALDI. My wife and I try to get there as often as possible. It's great to have a book sharing some of their amazing recipes!

Delicious recipes...already tried a few myself to my great satisfaction. I can't wait to visit Cafe Rinaldi again when I visit Old Forge. Addendum: the unique Wise Guy vignettes from the author's life should be more than enough to satisfy readers interested in that genre given several individuals and families that he worked with were real players in the mid to late 20th Century mob underworld.

A guy from my hometown wrote this book, it is an excellent book and there are excellent recipes and I encourage you that if you ever get to old Forge Pennsylvania don’t miss stopping at this lovely restaurant with food that is literally to die for, pun intended

I bought two of these cookbooks - one for my daughter-in-law and one for me. We frequently eat at Café Rinaldi in Old Forge, PA which is run by Bob Rinaldi's sons. I enjoyed all the recipes in the book.
