Good product. Has been using this RO for 7 a week now, water taste is good. Delivery was prompt and installation was done in 1 day. Water TDS read 19 ppm upon installation.

Trusted brand and professional after-sales support
The product was bought just less than a month ago so I guess it's too early to vouch for it's performance. Despite that, I have a confidence in the Kent brand and feel it justifies my purchase and hence I give it 4 stars for now on the product. However, the product installation was executed promptly by the technician who was highly patient throughout and did a perfect installation, providing all the verbal instructions to my wife who was present. I owe a personal thanks to him. It was quite a professional way to follow up with service and I give it more than 5 stars!
