After using all the brand names we finally bought the Epson Eco Tank. My husband and I are super pleased.

Epson Connect provides extended capabilities for printer functionality with automatic printing of certain documents sent to the printer via email.

High quality prints. Good color. Easy to use. Have not needed tech support.

I fight with this printer daily. Says my paper isn't the right size and those guides are horrible to adjust. I get horizontal lines constantly and you have to clean your print heads all the time. I would suggest saving your money and upgrade to another printer. My HP cost so much in ink that I switched to this Epson and regret it. The detail quality is so poor that I get better quality if I make a copy of an image. The colors are off, too pink when it prints. Others have the same issues as I do, I am not alone on this.

I have had this printer for about two years. It was definitely the worst printer I have ever owned. I got suckered into the while ink bottle stuff. But I have had to power clean the nozzles regularly. And I keep getting an E-01 Non-printing features are available error message. It jams regularly and although a cheap printer, it actually feels I way overpaid for it. The color printing does show up nice, but as soon as the nozzles need cleaning, the printing stinks. And the cleaning utility on the printer is not as good as it should be.

This is absolute garbage. Jams and doesn't print. Wont link to my phone. It's not simple. It would be faster to dig my old printer out and hook up a cable. It's trash; Cheap junk sold at a mark up. If I ever see the man who made the plans and was in charge of the conception of this monstrosity, I can't put on this forum what I'll do to him.

Bought from Costco a few years ago; worked ok for a few months but if it sits still for a few days/weeks it will not print right; the colors are shifted almost every time I do my first print on this requiring a power cleaning.Additionally the scanning (1 page at a time) cannot seem to send directly to computer; I have to save to flash drive then bring that to my computer.

I can't say anything good about this printer. After a year it no longer prints. Support is nonexistent. They ignore support request from their page and said my warranty expired. Even when it hadn't. After being ignored over a year it finally has expired. So much for a 2 year warranty if they don't back it up. I still have extra ink which for a printer that doesn't print. GARBAGE. I should have stayed with HP.
