Saw a talk with Timna and the book is great to have a go at her techniques- totally recommend

Interesting technique, well explained with lots of easy to follow instructions. Had some difficulty translating some of the US specific materials mentioned into UK equivalents hence 4 rather than 5 stars.

I was really looking forwards to this book. The author clearly has developed a way of creating quilts which may be unique to her and is sharing her methods here. But - and it's a massive 'but' - the publisher has badly let her down. Unbelievable amount of text missing - just truly unbelievable - on perhaps every alternate page! If you are the type of person who likes finishing other peoples sentences then it may not bother you but if you are a good listener then it probably will. I only just received my book today but the pleasure of losing yourself in a book and learning perhaps a new technique is completely overshadowed by the missing ends of sentences. Disappointing

This book gives you all the small, technical details to get the technique right. Although some print was missing on some pages, I would not go without this book for a photo mosaic quilt.
