Everyone in my family uses this daily. We started taking to get a clean and affordable dose of Omega-3s in our body to support oral health and build stronger teeth. Vitamins A and D are essential for dentin formation and immune resilience. Cod liver oil provides both in a highly absorbable form, and it’s one of the simplest ways I support my teeth and immune system from the inside out. My boys (3 and 6) take a small spoon in the morning along. My wife and I do the same. We've tried the Lemon and Unflavored. Lemon seems to be the more preferred option as it masks the fish flavor but after a while, you get used to the unflavored - which I like better because there is no added ingredients like natural flavors. Buying on Amazon subscription is the way to go as it saves you some money. I've compared this vs taking a supplement and this is the best way to go! Don't buy any fish oil! Most if not all pill forms have gone rancid sitting on the shelf for months/years. Carlsons comes in a glass bottle and you keep it in the refrigerator. Peak freshness and quality!

Everyone should be taking a teaspoon of this everyday for your health. It’s high quality and healthy stuff. There’s a reason why in the old days people would take this daily. The lemon flavor helps the medicine go down! Easy way to get your Omega 3’s good for you.

The BEST Cod Liver Oil I’ve purchased and take daily. It does have a unique flavor but it is great for you so I just hold my breath to take it.

Good pure oil

Fishy taste is pretty mild but definitely there and sometimes cause fishy burps for a while after. Odor is likewise very faint and I don't notice unless I intentionally sniff the open bottle. I thought it would be more palatable to get plain oil and chase it with a splash of lemon rather than get a flavored oil. I pour the spoon of oil in the back of my mouth and immediately swallow. I drink a little lemon juice or bite a lemon slice like I'm doing shots 😂 Just so long as I make sure the lemon gets all over my mouth to cover any remaining taste. I do this right before I eat or have a coffee to further get rid of any lingering taste. I wanted to try this since I have a bit of trouble swallowing lots of pills on a regular basis and am taking a ton of supplements right now. I don't think I'll buy again though.

Amazing product and recommended by my Naturopath DR for its purity. Bottled in Norway. When you research it’s health benefits you will buy it. Expensive but my health is worth the cost.

My husband has been looking for liquid cod liver oil for some time now. We saw this and ordered. Quite pricey $135.00 with tax. Not sure if we can order again seeing how we are on a pension now. He takes every day.

what did you expect from fish oil? :-) It has a taste that makes it easier to swallow.
