I was pleasantly surprised by how well this madeleine pan worked. The cakes came out with the classic shell shape and released easily thanks to the nonstick coating. It baked everything evenly, and cleanup was quick with just a little soap and water. The pan feels sturdy and doesn’t warp in the oven. If you enjoy baking madeleines or want to try making them at home, this is a great pan to have.

Amazing non stick pan. I forgot to butter one of the pan, though it came out perfect. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe.

This Nonstick Madeleine Pan worked very well. It was the first time I have made Madeleine cookies, and I was very pleased with the pan.

Used these to bake my Madelines and they came out the perfect shape!

no definition on the bottom
overall, the pans are good. I coated them per the recipe (1 tbsp softened butter, 1.5 tsp flour) and they didn’t stick a bit. Easy to clean. my only issue with these is that the madeleines didn’t hold up the shape on the bottom. I’m not sure what else to try for that. The shape is barely visible. however, they cooked perfectly. For the sake of value these are great, but im still looking for a pan that would produce the authentic shape.
