Vitamatic Vitamin B1 100 mg, 250 Tablets, Non-GMO, Thiamine

My family has been taking this Vitamin B1, and we are very happy with the results. Before, they felt more tired than usual and experienced some brain fog, especially in the afternoons. Since they started taking it, they have noticed increased energy throughout the day and better concentration. These are general observations, but I recommend it as a doctor.

I've become addicted to the orchid revival videos on YouTube. The gardener used these small tablets instead of the liquid to make a tonic for newly repotted plants, so I had to try it. (This is one of the sites where you feed your orchids banana peels or garlic and white rice water or onion skin tea. Coffee, etc. My kitchen looks like a botany lab.) The tablet I put in water didn't dissolve entirely--fine grains left in the bottom of the glass-- though I like the convenience of tablets over liquid where you add a capful to an empty water jug. Worth seeing if the tablets are easier to use and store.
