Great bag! I used this to transport our Thanksgiving food. It work great and had plenty of room to add if needed. Bag was a little heavy but not too bad. My only suggestion would be to have a longer trap to carry on your shoulder. I did appreciate that it was foldable and able to stored easily in my closet. I also received compliments from family members asking where I got it. The price for the product was great as well!

I'm an UE delivery driver. The official UE thermal bag costs $52 (only on sale for less during "black friday" season) and falls to pieces in less than 6 months of use. In comparison, these CIVJET Insulated Bags are durable, long-lasting, significantly bigger, and the zipper stays in place, without any sign of stithes fraying or lining coming loose due to steam or heat. They are DURABLE. The only drawback is that you need to find a flat solid bottom core of some type (cardboard or foamboard works temporarily) to support the contents of the thermal bag. I have been using these bags constantly for over 3 months and they are awesome. If you are a GIG delivery person and need some affordable, durable, decent-size thermal bags to keep food warm, these are a great choice!

Very large and roomy. Keeps packages both hot and cold. Well insulated. Can also be used to easily transport items without making several trips. Much larger than expected. Great price and quality

Perfect if you have a huge family, I was able to fit 4 pies and a few sides into this bag, it is really huge if you get the really large version. I can vouch that it works even though the quality is on the cheaper side, works for both hot and cold and from my experience can last up to 1hr before temp starts to drop. Zipper lining is cheap but durable enough to last more than a year if treated with care.

These insulated bags are perfect for putting your groceries in for one trip to your home. It is sturdy with a padded bottom that is removable. I used it recently for a couple catering orders. One was for hot food and the food was at perfect temperature and the catering was to transport desserts. So convenient and the quality is nice. Got compliments from many people asking where I got it. If you need an insulated bag with an excellent price, these are it.

This bag is great. You can can use it for all sorts of things, grocery, laundry, food deliveries, anything really. However I find the hard bottom to be not so supportive when handling food for deliveries. The hard bottom has a fold down the middle, so if you don't pack the bag full and spread the weight out evenly, it will bend in the middle creating a concave. Not so good when you are trying to carry takeout orders that have liquids in it and have to be transported carefully. That hard bottom is just a piece of hard cardboard anyway. I took that out and cut it so it can fit my other smaller deliver bags. You'd be better off with just taking card board boxes and making the bottom yourself so it doesn't bend in the middle and stays flat. This bag was cheaper than all the other bags on Amazon around the same size and it came with the hard bottom, which is why I got this. Only to end up taking it out and making my own. But the bag Is great so I still plan on keeping and using it.

I bought the CIVJET Insulated Pizza Delivery Bag 24" x 24" x 14". I didn't imagine how big the bag was. It is humongous. It holds a lot. I am using it to deliver food when needed. When the envelope was given to me and I took out the bag, I could not believe how such a huge bag could fit in that envelope. The zipper works well, but the pulls feel breakable. The insulation is not even half an inch thick. It would be nice if it were between half an inch and an inch thick. When touching it, it feels like it is only made with the outside material and the aluminum material. This makes the bag all wobbly, which makes it hard to close the zipper. I have no idea about the bag's durability. The bag will last long because I don't take it out of the car because of its size. I didn't think about that before buying it, so this is on me.

I use these bags every day for my deliveries, and they work perfectly. They keep hot food steaming and cold drinks chilled, even on long drives. I used them recently to deliver two steaks an hour into the mountains, and they were still piping hot when I arrived. The customer noticed, and my tip went up. They are sturdy, easy to carry, and simple to clean. The zippers work smoothly, and the insulation actually does its job. I keep one for hot food and one for cold, and it makes my runs so much easier. Honestly, I could not do my job without them.
