I've been using this product since 2016. I took a year off in 2025. Not only did I develop dental issues, TMJ and lost a tooth (when I never had dental issues before), however it also appeared my skin was melting off of my face (maybe bone loss, loss of skin elasticity). I started back up at the beginning of 2026 and I already notice q difference. Two estheticians have committed on the quality of my skin in the last two months. My hair and nails are on point too. It seems to help with so many areas. Pill size is smaller than my Omegas and other Mag I take, so pretty standard size. I have been a pescitarian for 36 years, I am grateful to have found this wonderful supportive Vegan option. 9 years on, one year off and the proof showed itself. Won't be without this unique formula. I like it cause it’s was vegan this is my second time’s buying more two bottles I just received my two bottles this week. I have not had any problems taking this product I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and my back was hurting a lot after starting this tablets actually the pain went away so I will definitely keep buying this product. Now one more class last thing that I didn’t like is that it came in tablets I was looking for it to come in capsules and Vegan . So if you carry it in capsules with contact me !

So far, so good. I bought this particular product because I am a vegan and because the reviews are good. My doctor told me the results of my bone density test shows I must begin supplements. I know I must also do weight bearing exercise, which makes the results all the more distressing as I already do so. It's too early to tell if these are effective, or that any supplement would be so. But I'm giving it my all. For those complaining that the pills are too large to swallow, I don't have that problem but I know some people have difficulty swallowing pills in general. Do yourself a favor and purchase a pill cutter or pill crusher. Pharmacies sell them. End of problem.

Deva is the only brand I purchase my vitamins from. As a vegetarian, they provide a great option for me. Very helpful. Pills are large but they work. Easy on my stomach.

I was having a terrible TMJ flare up that lasted over 2 weeks. I was in constant pain and was searching for solutions (I know I don't grind my teeth at night, so that wasn't the problem) I hadn't tried before. I read somewhere that calcium might help with TMJ. Ordered these since they were vegan. After a couple days of taking these twice a day (although it prescribes that you take 3 a day) my TMJ pain started subsiding. And now after taking them for a couple weeks, the TMJ pain is totally gone. The size of the tablet wasn't an issue for me. They seem to be about the same size as other vitamins. I find them easy to take because they don't have any strange tastes. I hate burping up nasty vitamin tastes, but these don't have any taste that I have noticed, so that's great! Highly recommend this product!
