Wasn't expecting that. You can definitely use these for a morning wakeup. I opened up a capsule to taste it--it was glorious. This is good stuff.

I am impressed with the get up and go I have since taking this. I take two twice a day and may have to back off a little because of the energy I have for a 73 yr old. I highly recommend this for an energy boost.

Have been taking Barlowe's Herbal Elixirs (ASIN: B01JBIZ2RC) Kaempferia Parviflora that have helped me lose a significant amount of body fat. Also helps to regain more energy from food, help with a stable digestive system, and does improve impotence from the after-effects of C-19.Would say that this version helped more with the latter parts of what Kaempferia Parviflora is claimed to do. As for asthma I have not noticed any improvements as I also work in a dusty environment.These capsules are smaller than Barlowe's 500mg version.

As the headline reads - I've seen no marked difference in my health. I was hoping for an improvement in my ED, unfortunately, there has been no change for the better.
