Definately something i'd recommend, i felt the difference in engine revvs and refinement. Mot much of an increase in efficiency, but the acceleration and smoothness was tangible. Every 10,000/- kms I'm definately doing this. Use it before refuling an almost empty tank.

After adding this with Petrol, the egine noise was smooth and excellent performance
