Works well for me...
How much can you say about a hose? It's seems very durable and sturdy. It's not light weight by any means, least not in my opinion, but I am not a hose expert. Comes packaged well and obviously easy to use. My wife got me a new dust collector for christmas, so I am in need of new hose. This fits the bill perfectly. Some one else mentioned it was light weight and collapsed, I have not found that to be true for me. Hooked it up directly to my 2HP collector and the other end of my planer, worked without a hitch. Great suction and did not collapse at all, well besides the normal under suction slight compression. Was pretty much no dust on my planer, so I am loving this hose. So much better than my shop vac system. Not saying it is the best, but very happy I bought it and would recommend.

Excellent quality for a great price!
This is so easy to work with. Very flexible, even in the cold of Michigan. The old 4” pipe I had became very rigid in the cold. It’s great that it is also clear so you can see if you have a clog or build up. Worth every penny!

Don't run over our new hose
Well made product. Worth the investment, just don't be dumb, like myself and run over it, smashed flat but no leaks. Sez it's 10 feet, but stretchs to 11 feet plus. Works well on my yard vac.

Ferrets love this
I have 3 ferrets and they love this tunnel. I enjoy watching them run through it and spin around in it while playing King of the tunnel. I've had it for several months and it's still like I just laid it out for them. Great quality, very durable. I bought one from Marshall before and they put a whole in it from scratching and biting. This is thick and definitely ferret resistant. Will be purchasing another one to add to the mayhem.

Same hose as # B0013EOTRW (Peachtree Woodworking PW375)
The hose on my chipper/shredder's vacuum kit (Amazon# B01ITWN6CY <https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ITWN6CY/>) is stiff and tough to direct, mostly due to the heavy-gauge wire coil around the hose. However, that does little if anything for hose longevity, which is poor: in a season or so of use it may split several times, requiring duct-tape repair each time, with each repair making the hose even stiffer. So I went in search of a better 4"x10' hose, and narrowed it down to two: this one (Peachtree Woodworking PW6168) and Amazon# B0013EOTRW (Peachtree Woodworking PW375). From the descriptions, there's no way to choose between them: they appear to be from the same manufacturer, same seller, with no distinguishing data -- and they are even the same price. Fortunately, that price is low enough that I could buy both for the price of replacing my current heavy hose -- and that way would know the difference -- so I did, and two boxes arrived: (1) One labelled " Clear-Vue 375 4"x10' Clear PVC Hose", Bar Code: X001TG7K9T; (2) One labelled "Ultra-Flex 6168 4"x10' Clear PVC Hose", Bar Code: X0019C12E7. So far, so good ... except that BOTH boxes have the SAME label on a side panel: "Fulton Woodworking Tools and Accessories Ultra-Flex Clear Vue PVC Hose" In other words, the hose is both "Ultra-Flex (like PW6168) and "Clear-Vue (like PW375). So what is in the boxes? -- the SAME hose! The two hoses are IDENTICAL! But it gets weirder: The return address on one of the shipping labels (for PW6186) says "Peachtree Woodworking Supply Inc, 172 Trade Street, Lexington KY 40511". (The shipping label for PW375 has no return address.) But Peachtree Woodworking is in Peachtree Corners, GA, a suburb of Atlanta -- while "172 Trade Street, Lexington KY" is *NOT* Peachtree Woodworking, but an Amazon fulfillment center.(!) So: why take a hose described by the manufacturer as "Ultra-Flex Clear Vue PVC Hose" and give it two labels -- "Ultra-Flex PVC Hose" and "Clear-Vue PVC Hose" -- as if it were two different products? Why sell them on Amazon as two different products? I smell a rat, but can't see who profits from this nonsense -- certainly not customers. [Maybe the idea is just to sell more product -- to people (like me) who can't tell the difference, so get both.] It's all very weird. But the hoses are not bad: the 0.5mm PVC seems tough enough to do the job for my chipper-shredder, and the much lighter reinforcing wire makes the hose more flexible to use. That will make it easier to work with, and may even promote hose longevity. (If I learn anything significant in that regard, I will be back to update this review.)

Works great for HF Dust Collector
I use a stock Harbor Freight Dust Collector in a two car garage. I will probably only upgrade the filter from bag to pleated. I shopped around for 4" flex hose and found these. Best price I found on Amazon or locally. I only used them for about a month now, but have had no issues. The wire is metal, so it can be grounded if needed and is durable. I would say something sharp could puncture the hose, but not easily. I have one connected to 6 in jointer, one on 13in planer and one on my table saw. I ran 4" PVC as close as I could to each machine to keep the flex hose short. You do loose suction with any flex hose due to the ribs.

VERY flexible!
This is good hose if very high flexibility is an important criterion. But be aware that it is so flexible that it easily pulls together under the vacuum of my consumer grade dust collector. This isn't necessarily a bad thing in some applications but might not be so good for runs from place to place because it constantly accordions when the dust collector is turned on and off. There are alternatives that hold their length and don't drastically shorten up. Not a complaint but certainly a heads-up! Five stars for how it works when used for some things but the product description, which correctly notes that it is flexible, might be more helpful if noted that the stuff easily pulls together when used as vacuum hose. Not all clear 4" vacuum hose does this.

It works as advertised
I needed to extend the reach of my current 4" hose used between my table saw and my dust collector. With this new hose and a Powertec 4" splicer, I am able to extend the hose to reach my Dewalt planer. I unhook my current hose from the table saw, spice the new hose to it, and then attach the extended hose to the planer. Only takes a couple of minutes. Turned on the collector, planed a couple of boards as a test, and the chips were sucked where they were supposed to. So it works. My new smaller shop arrangement required this setup. Seems to be durable enough. This new hose is pretty flexible, extends easily, and does not collapse as some have indicated. I don't intend to abuse it by stomping around on it, so it should last ok. Happy with it so far. It does the job.
