Soft idlys maker and durable,this type only available for commercial hotels,but this one made for home use and food grade steel, little bit high price but worth it because of heavy

Plates are of bigger size than the opening. Difficult to place it inside the steamer.
The plates are a little larger than the opening of the steamer, very hard to place it without spilling the batter, Poor design.

Excellent and fluffy idlis
Really impressed with the idli maker , they make really soft and fluffy idlis compared to the earlier ones , it's because of the big water holding capacity i guess, I tried this type in the market but could find only the aluminium one , happy to cook in steel .
