Are these chewy or brittle? My dog won't touch hard.

Juniors tend to be more hard then chewy. Nature Gnaws has some great options if you are looking for a chewy chew. Try the Nature Gnaws Bully Springs or the Nature Gnaws Braided Bully Sticks or even the Nature Gnaws Beef Jerky Chews. Nature Gnaws pork products are also a good option. https://www.amazon.com/Nature-Gnaws-Bully-Springs-inch/dp/B01LOMH9XS/ref=sr_1_4?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1501806446&sr=1-4&keywords=nature+gnaws https://www.amazon.com/Nature-Gnaws-Braided-Bully-Sticks/dp/B01LOXSL3E/ref=sr_1_7?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1501806446&sr=1-7&keywords=nature+gnaws https://www.amazon.com/Nature-Gnaws-Beef-Jerky-Chews/dp/B01LOXXUNU/ref=sr_1_8?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1501806446&sr=1-8&keywords=nature+gnaws

I ordered these on prime, why is it taking a week to get here?

Hello Denise, yes all Nature Gnaws products are on prime. Amazon should ship the product in 24 hours and have it to your house in 2 days. If the product was on backorder when you placed the order it may take a few days longer.

Can anybody tell me where these are made?

Our products are packed in the USA and the beef come from the Argentina, which is the most well regarded beef in the world. Quality is not something you have to worry about with Nature Gnaws.

Do these bleed onto carpet?

Sorry I don't have ANY carpet in my house but they don't appear to have any die just natural looking.
