Great product and very high quality. Read the book The Iodine Crisis and research Dr. Brownstein and Dr. Stephanie Buist. My 4 year old was showing signs of adhd and I was worried about the path we were going down with him. I REFUSE to medicate a child his age so I started digging relentlessly to find an answer and found it in Iodine deficiency. I started the protocol Dr. Brownstein recommends first to test it on myself and see results. I was completely blown away at how much it helped me. Everything. Energy, sleep, focus and concentration, anxiety, skin, and the list goes on and on. So I decided it was safe and started him on the protocol Dr. Buist did for her own children. Highly recommended and it works. I’ve been using it on a skin tag kind of large black under my arm and it has reduced it over months of using it after a shower reduced it almost it’s almost gone and I used three drops a night in before I go to bed says it helps with sleep and energy. I can’t prove it.

We haven't been using these long enough to notice long term effects, but I think they might be helping so far? I heard that an iodine deficiency can cause grumpiness, so I'm having my daughter try them (to make a long story short).
