Nespresso Vertuo Plus Coffee and Espresso Maker by De'Longhi, Grey with Aeroccino Milk Frother

I love this! Got the Ink Black even tho I ordered the Matte Black...don't love the glossy finish that shows dust and gets fine scratches from wiping it down. That error aside, here are some things to know.The COFFEE is AMAZING and addicting! I'm hooked. Nespresso customer service is wildly rude and if you have ANY issue they will flip the script and blame it on YOU in an instant.The pods are spendy....I wish they could be ordered in a single sleeve FROM AMAZON as the 3 packs have gone from $38 to $43.50 in a matter of months.The machine isn't quiet but it's not annoying either. Makes the creme foam as advertised. My only complaint about the machine itself is....the one button for everything function is SUPER hard to figure out!!! The book is not helpful so trust me when I say YOUTUBE is your bff for this baby! It has many many features but they are deep secrets so watch and listen to those videos! Descaling is a lengthy process but again...follow youtube on that also.I LOVE the auto-lift top on this thing....be sure to get that feature!The drip tray is tiny so be mindful of that, my larger mugs have to be held while filling.Other than that...it makes a wonderful cup of coffee and an espresso to die for! Just bring money, watch youtube, and avoid the company customer service! It's a classy machine with a small footprint I appreciate.

Got a deal on a "renewed" Nespresso Vertuo, advertised as "like new" so was surprised when label stated warranty would be different. However; have used once daily for little over a month and have not noticed any problems. Love it, so easy to use and no mess; great espresso. Previously had Gevi espresso machine which was about 6 years old, made great espresso but more work; decided to try this one and am very pleased. Some reviews said coffee is not hot enough, but it is perfect to me no issues, great crema. All in all, got a great price and love this unit!

GET IT!! Amazing quality espresso. The pods are a bit pricey, but if you drink lattes/cappucinos often, it'll def save you money in the long run. It comes with a pack of pods to try out and they're all pretty delicious. It doesn't take up too much space and you are able to move the water container directly behind the machine or to either side of it which is so unique. LOVE THIS THING

There is simply no need to spend $1000 on a grind or traditional tamp press machine when you have this bad boy. The quality - being a coffee and espresso snob, mind you - is barely noticeable. The espresso pods are wonderfully tasting, machine so easy to set up, and the frother works like a champ on almond milk.Moreover - and unlike more traditional machines - no burring mechanism motor to break, no silly wands to endlessly clean. I want a latte in less than 90 seconds for under $1 and this is it.Just don't be a dope like me who doesn't read. Nespresso's core lineup is mainly coffee, so I wrongly bought too many flavors of what I thought was espresso. Problem solved buying the next 50 direct from Nespresso.Last, keep your eyes open for a sale on this combo unit. Caught mine on Amazon for $120.
