Worked very well on my knee replacement scar well worth a try

Bought to help a surgery scar heal....didn't want to buy a large jar, as I never use it all and good Manuka is very expensive. This was perfect for me, a little goes a long way, and it definitely helped me treat a nasty surgery wound, kept it moist, whilst it healed, and I've used on other cuts since, I find it a wonderful antibacterial and antiseptic cream. Great to take away, and have even used on a nasty insect bite and some bad rosacea. Wonderful stuff.

Amazing product! Healed my infected c section scar.

This product is really helpful for sloughy wounds. It works well but on opening and using the product it was really rigid like set honey. Might be the nature of honey but I'm used to it being runny. Perhaps the product is not stored correctly. Amazon also packs the smallest items in the largest box.

Miracle product! My dog had a little cut on her tail and it was costing me a lot getting this from the vets, but this is perfect! Great value for money and helps heals cuts quickly

Let's be clear. This is not "wound gel" - this is a tube of honey. Claims to be manuka and claims to be "medical grade" but there's no MGO or UMF rating so there's no reliable indicator of what's in the tube. If you want to put manuka honey on a wound, you'd be better off buying a jar of properly certified manuka honey - but bear in mind it will be vrrrry sticky!!!! If you want a wound gel containing manuka honey, this isn't it.

I don’t understand the other reviews saying there’s no lid.. the lid it comes with is reusable, you just turn it round & there’s a little nib that fits exactly into the tube & it seals & unseals perfectly. But the important part..I was given a second degree burn on my face with a laser when I was asked to be a model for a treatment. I was super worried as it blistered badly & with it being on my face, I wanted to give it the best chance of healing. My mum actually told me to use this, I’d never heard of it before. Within 10 days of being constantly bandaged & covered in the honey it had dried out & healed without a scab!!! I still don’t know if it’s going to scar or not as it’s still remodelling but I know if anything can do it, it’s this. Can’t recommend enough, if you’re unsure about buying, just Google what it can do.
