This is legit. Solid construction, heavy, great detailing. Definitely looks way nicer in person than I thought it would be. Highly recommend. This was the perfect size for what I needed, but I would recommend reading the measurements for the different sizes before you buy.

I'm using this one as a surprise treasure chest during a vacation at the beach -- meant for sand and souvenir seashells. The wood finish and metal work are admirable. Good hinges and it could even take a tiny lock (diary size) or chord on the front. All in all, worth the price.

This chest is great! The size is perfect, and the quality is excellent. I bought it for my 5-year-old grandson, and he was thrilled. I filled it with fake coins, gems and jewelry, so it was a perfect treasure chest. It is made of sturdy wood, so he can keep it as he grows and use it to store his valuables when he’s older. Very pleased!

This is a nice little box, and good quality for the price. That said, it's not heirloom quality. It's well made, cute, sturdy, and functions well. I used it to be a gift to hold yet another gift. It made for a fantastic presentation. Add a little lock on the front and put the key in wrapping paper and you have a fantastic present! It's a set of three locks, but they were sufficiently inexpensive that I didn't care. I'll find something else to do with the other two.
