I THINK THAT MY WIFE WOULDVE HAD A PRETTY DIFFERENT EXCPERIENCE WITHOUT THIS PACK! ITS VERY USEFULL! so, quality, mmmm maybe not the best quality. they got the job done but you could tell they were on the cheap side but hey, you get multiple useful items in one pack! gell pad worked prety well, the disposable "boxers" were handy and the belt was a bit rough to wear but that specific item as actually good quality! so nice touch. on the other hand, most of the items are a ONE USE ONLY. still happy i got for the wife. i would say that most of the items you can get on your own in a wallgreens or wallmart, but i feel like this saves you time and you get everything at once in one spot. would i get it again? probably not since im more experienced now but, NEW DADS, GET IT! IT WORKS AND IT MAKES THE WIFE FEEL MORE CARED FOR.

I had a hard time wearing this super often. I found myself sitting a lot postpartum with breastfeeding plus just needing the rest after my c section and this was so uncomfortable to wear while sitting down for me. I liked the support while standing and bending but it just wasn’t practical to have to take it on and off every time I needed to sit down. Quality is good. It barely fit around my stomach postpartum so that may have added to the comfort level. Maybe make a bigger size and maybe it would be better.

One of the very first things I bought as soon as I found out I was pregnant was this Frida Mom belly binder. I remember hearing that it was an absolute post-partum must-have, and I can now safely say: IT REALLY IS! While it's true that the hospital provides you with one—in fact, my OBGYN ordered them to put it on me right after my C-section, and it truly made a world of difference in my core recovery—the hospital version is quite cheaply made and rolls down constantly. This Frida binder stays put. If you are on the fence about getting one, I highly encourage you to buy it. Having it ready for when you get home will give you the support and stability your body desperately needs after a C-section. Highly recommend! ———— Mucho mejor que la faja del hospital. Una de las primeras cosas que adquirí en el momento en que supe que estaba era este binder de FRIDA, recuerdo escuché que era necesario después de tu parto y debo de decir que SI LO ES! Es cierto que en el hospital te brindan uno, de hecho a mi después de mi cesárea me pusieron el binder por orden de mi OBGYN y ha sido un gran cambio para bien en la recuperación de mi figura. Sin embargo el del hospital no es de tan buena calidad y se enrolla fácilmente. Así que si lo estabas dudando, yo si te animo a que te compres tu binder para cuando te toque estar en casa siempre sientas el soporte que tanto requiere nuestro cuerpo post cesárea

I am one month postpartum. I have been using this band and the hospital one. I tend to reach for the hospital band over the frida one for a couple of reasons. The frida band does not stay in place, it rides up. Which is very frustrating when you have to keep readjusting especially under your clothes. The velcro has already started to wear down and does not stick as well. The band is also a bit too big for me. I do like the three separate bands but need them to be a bit more compressive for my body.

Product is not uncomfortable to me. I wore a few times out of the day my first 2 weeks post partum and abdomen area was very flat after the first week. Not sure if this product attributed but I still use it a few times out of the week now that I am a few weeks post partum.

This C-section binder was a lifesaver for core support during recovery, but it definitely has a learning curve. The material is supportive, but it’s tricky to get on by yourself; I noticed a lump appears in the fabric as soon as you fasten the first strap, which makes it hard to get a smooth, flush fit. Since it only comes in one size, it might not work for everyone—if you’re on the smaller or larger end of the spectrum, the extra material or lack of coverage could be an issue. Once you finally get it adjusted, the compression is great, but be prepared to spend a few minutes fussing with the layers to get it sitting right.

Good quality but being a plus size mama it did not fit. I’m a side xL

Product is more comfortable

Ordered 2 binders. One came in a torn box (see pic) binder unwrapped in plastic wrapping. The other arrived wrapped in sealed plastic but there’s tiny stain (see pic).
