Its way too bigger in size
First of all if you're in middle east order it in one size smaller than your size as im facing this issue and the 2nd thing is the built quality which is like any other Chinese stuff.

great product. good support. better than superfeet.
so I would give this 4.5 stars. Its very good quality and provides great support. The half a star off is just because for me this could be a bit stiffer - it does shift a little bit when i try to bend it with my hands - which to me means it will definitely bend a bit under my weight - but so far there is no pre-made insole I have found that doesn't do this; I think the only solution to this is to but a custom insole (which is about 400 bucks). One thing I wanted to comment on was how this compares to superfeet green - imho its better. you can feel the extra padding they put into the 3 'pods' on the bottom - and with this insole they also provided a metatarsal pad as well!! well worth the money and there's nothing i have tried that compares to it so far. If you have Prime I would recommend getting these, the regular 'spenco total support' and the green superfeet and seeing which you prefer and returnign the rest.

Best insole you can buy!
I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to on these insoles. I’m 75 years old had numerous shots in my ankle and was told I needed surgery. I wear the. Spenco flip-flops all the time and they’re the best they align your foot your ankle and everything so I thought I would try these insoles. I bought one pair put them in my shoes and they are the best thing that ever happened. I know everybody’s different but honestly, it’s worth a shot. They are really really good. I’ve tried every pair of BROOKS, ASICS and Hokas they were ok BUT then I put these insoles in those shoes and they are truly truly amazing pain is gone.
