I bought this in January and all of the replacement pads “bite” can’t use It because they hurt really bad.. there other pads available?

Pads work best with jel, I use spectra 360, available thru Amazon. Pads need to seal flush with the skin, air gaps caused by hair, joints, wrinkles etc. will cause the pad to arc, sending a shock ( or bite ). Pads that have lost adhesive ability will also cause “biting”. And..be sure you area you are padding is completely dry before applying the jel or pad. Hope this helps

Hello, the screen broke when the tens unit fell out of my pocket, is there a way to replace the screen or does a new unit need to be ordered?

This happened to me as well with TechCares Plus24 model. It fell on a semi-soft floor from less than 2’ high and completely fragmented the screen rendering the screen unusable. Luckily the unit still worked, and I had had it about 2 weeks so I was familiar with the settings on the screen. Unfortunately the unit has a whole barely lasted a year before it wouldn’t hold a charge. I NEED To find another one that fits all the replacement pads I thought this one😩 I’d be interested to know if you had any luck with returning/repairing yours!
