Where is this product made/manufactured?

According to their website it says 95% of their products are made in Europe. It also says there’s no animal testing. Hope this helps!

Is this hypoallergenic

Honestly it doesn’t say that on the package, so I’m not sure. However I will say that my eyes always itch with certain eyeliners. And they haven’t with these. The color lasts longer than others, too.

Does this eyeliner tend to smear?

I use rimmel stay matte primer and the same name for their setting spray so I don’t have any issues with smearing. But I can say that when I put it on my bare hand just to see if I need to sharpen it, it doesn’t budge. If it smears it certainly isn’t until much later bc ive had it stay like that on my hand for hours. HOURS!! I love this eye liner and don’t use anything else since I found it, so personally I think it’s definitely worth trying. Same with the primer and setting spray I mentioned if you are looking for a matte look.
