Order always incomplete
I’ve ordered this product twice. Each time, the order initially arrives incomplete. The description clearly states that this is for a pack of ten (10) pouches, and one pouch gets delivered. I then have to go through several iterations of requesting replacements and/or getting refunds. The first time I ordered this (and received only one out of ten pouches, I had to replace the item two times before the correct pack of ten arrived. The second time I ordered this (and received only one out of ten pouches), I replaced the item once (receiving only a single pouch) before I just asked for my money back. Why is the quality control on this so terrible?

I ordered and paid for a package of 10 Shrimp Greenies and received only ONE(1) in the delivery.
I like this product but did not like the fact that I paid for 10 packs of Shrimp Greenies and received only one(1). Very poor customer service!!

Just like in the commercial they hear me shake the pouch or box and they come running. They love them and have me trained to give some to them once in the morning and once in the evening like clockwork. It got to where the morning serving was getting to 4:30 AM and then I had to put my foot down and sleep or at least pretend to sleep until 6 AM. When they started batting stuff off the nightstand I had to squirt them with a water bottle to get them to agree to 6 AM.

EXPIRED ON ARRIVAL (by approx. 3 months)
Today’s date: September 2023, expiration of treats: June 2023. They’re a favorite of my cats when they are fresh. However, on my last Subscribe and Save order these had one month until they were expired, but this time when I got them in September 2023 they had expired in June of 2023. These have a long shelf life so the inventory that is being sold is really, really old. Better inventory management is needed on these cat treats. Our cats are important too!
