I ordered a new dish set, and the bowls that came with it were disappointingly small. So I ordered a set of these, and I liked them so much that I ordered another set. They are perfect and will hold soup, etc. without fear of it spilling over.

I was looking for a nice deep soup bowl that would comfortably hold a good serving size. This is the bowl. My everyday dishes are an old set of Corning Ware from the '70's that are white and blue. I purchased the white bowls so they would match - sort of. They are just slightly off, perhaps a shade darker than the white on my everyday dishes. But once the table is set, who really notices with everything else on the table? I am very pleased with the quality of the bowls and they are dishwasher safe. They do not stain and clean up very nice. I would purchase again.
