Easier to use than I thought it would be
I wanted to try this type of thing since I first saw it, but was nervous that it would be uncomfortable or difficult to use. I have light periods. Pads shift too much, and tampons are too absorbant. These are perfect. Everything stays contained. I cannot find my cervix on my own, so was worried it would be difficult to remove something like this, but it wasn't difficult at all. I easily can hook my finger on the edge and pull it out. It's easy to rinse off and reinsert. Absolutely will not use a tampon ever again.

Not bad at all!
I like that it comes with 2 different sizes so you can choose which fits you best, or it might change depending on the day. They do soften up, which was good for me. The satin bag is a nice touch, and the double rim offers more protection while still being comfortable. I don't like how they don't give you the diameter size in mm like most discs.. you have to figure that out on Google with a calculator, and the sizes for both small and large seem a bit odd compared to most standard sizes for discs. The basin is soft and thin and they feel pretty good quality, honestly. I like that they don't have a super thick hard rim and no pull loop/tab/string. Very comfortable, I would likely purchase again.

Works great!
So. I got a size small. Mainly because I've used the flex discs and never had an issue with leaking, and these are roughly the same size. I honesty couldnt imagine using a bigger size just because its a learning curve getting the standard small size into place. You squat, take the cup, pinch it, slide it NOT UP, BUT STRAIGHT TOWARDS YOUR BOTTOM. If you feel any discomfort retreat a bit and try to reposition, but it should enter pretty seamlessly. You will have to make sure once it's inserted that you get the lip of the cup past the inner ledge that you should feel upon insertion. It should kind of "rest" at/ behind the INSIDE of that ledge. If its in correctly you will have ZERO discomfort, and absolutely NO leaking. When its time to take it out, i will say this is the annoying part with this specific cup because there's not a designated space on the cup to aid in removal. So I personally will squat again, using my thumb and pointer finger I will pinch the lip of the cup and carefully remove. It does not hurt, it is just a bit messy. I still use tampons but i LOVE being able to have mess free sex, and if I have something to do i KNOW i will not have a leak. Also, regarding the sizing. (I got small) I have 2 toddlers and had them 15 months apart giving birth to my 2nd in 2022. I have PCOS and have always had very irregular, heavy periods. But if you've ever tried a period disc (and used it correctly) and still had any premature leakage then I recommend trying a larger size. It has absolutely nothing to do with your vaginal "size", and everything to do with the depth, shape, tilt, and position of your cervix and uterus. I have an anteverted cervix, meaning the top part of my uterus is aimed at my pubic bone and my cervix is aimed down towards my rectum. So basically my cervix is just angled more towards my back. Anyway, it's a good disc for the price. If I could've afforded a better disc that offered a dimpled ledge for easy removal i think I would've gone with that. 😃 but overall it is a good product.

Never again
I usually have 2 extremely heavy days during my period that I have to wear tampons and pads at the same time. I was preparing for a work trip and decided to try the cups so that I wouldn't be in the bathroom changing pads and tampons all day. Yes, the cup did the trick. I made it through the heaviest day without having to worry about changing. My problem was I couldn't get the cup out of me. I tried for hours. I finally just went to a clinic to have it removed. I never tried wearing the cups again.

Great price, feels better than tampons or discs
Will buy again in the future. I love this product. More comfortable than tampons. More comfortable than menstrual cups or any other disc I've tried so far. This disc has a great price compared to others. Much more affordable. It stays in place and can't even feel it when in place. I order large because I've had a child before.

Not for someone with a high cervix, cry inducing difficulty to remove
I was new to discs and cups but opted for the disc. My set came with small and large discs. I had no idea how high/low my cervix was nor did I think I needed to know until I couldn’t get this disc out. I spent hours crouched in the bathroom trying to get it out. I was on the verge of tears. I could reach it with my fingers but I couldn’t get it to dislodge because it was suctioned into my cervix. I decided to lay down in bed to relax for a few minutes and try again a bit later. After about 3 attempts I was finally able to get it out. That was the first time and last time I used the eco blossom disc. I opted for the Lumma disc with the string/tab and was marketed for high cervixes. This was years ago. The reason I decided to write this review was because I saw the application tool that they were selling and was considering it but decided against spending more money to use a product that wasn’t working for me. I just wanted to warn other new users against the emotional stress that can occur with this product as I also saw someone had to go to the ER and another to the clinic to get this removed. There are currently so many better products out on the market that will function much better without you having to spend more money on tools to remove it. Tips for those considering discs and cups, Learn how far up your cervix is. Lumma has an FAQ on how to figure it out. I don’t endorse Lumma but what I ended up using because there were limited options. There are so many more affordable options these days that if I wanted to spend more money I wouldn’t know where to begin. For now I’m ok with my choice.
