The media could not be loaded. Had to make a gluten free cake. It was my first time so I researched the topic a lot. I could not find a suitable recipe so I relied on all the knowledge I gathered and adapted my trusted chocolate sponge recipe to gluten free one.I am a no expert on gluten free topic and cannot compare this gum to other brands, but I can definitely say that this one did the job. In fact It turned out better than my regular sponge.It was soft, moist and crumbly, but not too much. It did hold the shape, was not dense or gummy. My husband tried it and was surprised to know it is gluten free. Did not tell the difference.I might try to use a little less gum and see how the texture comes out the next time. But for a first time gluten free bake, hella proud of myself. I do trust in custom flour+gum combination over the ready to go gluten free flours with gum in it. I believe it gives a better control and also freedom to use more accessible GF flour blends.Recommend.

Great for my ninja creami. Only need the tiniest of bit, doesn't change flavour but 100% binds everything together better for a better consistency for ice cream and sorbets

It works as intended
I have been having lots of fun finding ways to use this product as a replacement for corn starch. I have found successes and failures. Overall, I would say this is a good quality product that lasts a long way. I would say you should buy this if you need it for a Keto recipe, you won't be disappointed.

Mi sono troppo irrigidito...chissà perchè!
Ve lo dico io perchè...ne ho messo un pò troppo!!! E' un prodotto fantastico ne basta veramente poco, io lo uso prevalentemente per addensare condimenti di pesce che non voglio fare asciugare troppo sui fornelli evitando anche cotture lunghe, è insapore e non si nota se nelle giuste proporzioni. Allo stesso modo lo ho usato per addensare marmellate troppo liquide senza farle cuocere troppo e perderne di quantità. Sulla base delle mie esperienze lo consiglio vivamente.
