Have only used it for 2 days, so far so good. Arrived a day later than promised, I don't understand, I have Amazon prime, yet most things I order seem to either not arrive or arrive later than promised. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, very unclear and the print is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it, near impossible. Instructions don't let you know if the product needed to be charged prior to use or time for charging. The product itself works very well so far. I will update after some real time of use. My rating is based on the use of the product, not the shabby delivery process.

I guess you get what you pay for. This is at the lower end and although it does clean between my braces, it's pretty cheaply made. The pieces are cheap plastic. I used the brush for braces but when I switched to use the skinny peridontal attachment, it came loose while in my mouth and I swallowed it! So the parts are cheaply made. This was my first time trying it out and it's cheap plastic. For now it does the job but once it breaks I'll get better quality.

This worked ok overall when we got it. It is a bit awkward to use but we got used to it. That said we have only used it for about a week and it no longer will charge. We charged it before using it like it said then we charged it once more. Now when we plug it in, it just flickers and unless you hold it in place it won't change. I'd send it back but we have already thrown out all og the package. If you're going to buy a water flosser get one with a USB so you can use any charger! NOT HAPPY!

You get what you pay for… for the price, I can’t be mad that it broke in a month and a half… the inner rubber ripped a few weeks in due to constant twisting to refill the cup and the bottle accidentally fell on the floor and the attachment broke off. Now it’s completely useless because a part of the attachment broke off into the insertion point and can’t be removed.

Excellent results, very easy to use.

This flosser had no pulsation, instead poured out a steady flow of water making it less effective.

Great product for what I needed. Just got braces and this product does wonders getting food stuck in those hard to reach places out. Be mindful of the type of pressure mood you use especially if you have gum sensitivity. As far as traveling with this product I’d take it to work with me I just put whatever tools I using inside of the water cup itself and use it after my lunch break to clean up my mouth and rinse.

The reservoir only holds enough water to do 1/4 of the cleaning, so it's a little cumbersome for home use, but it's an economical and practical for travel or temporary home use. Works great.
