Good amounts of zinc and magnesium, not upsetting my tummy. Sleep is definitely deeper sleep. Possibily helping with my recovery after workout and long days of manual labour.Easy to swallow, will buy again

This is the second batch that I have ordered. Purchased mostly to help with sleep and gym recovery. Very effective on both fronts.

They do the job, they are a good product. But they can stick in your throat without a good swig of water. I prefer the capsules, but got these as my usual brand was out of stock.

Best Zinc and Magnesium i have tried

It is well known and researched that zinc is essential for our immune system as well as other functions and a deficiency of this mineral can leave us vulnerable to a number of ailments and diseases. These Zinc Mag+ tablets from Kinetica not only have a good strength of soluble zinc but also contain magnesium plus nine other important minerals and vitamins all of which are super beneficial for immunity and general health and this combination of ingredients are particularly helpful in promoting sleep. Though good quality I feel they are quite expensive at just under £15 for one-month supply and some may find this cost prohibitive, especially as there are similar and cheaper alternatives available. The medium sized tablets are easy enough to swallow with water and are made from quality ingredients in Ireland.
