I take this daily and have for a long time. I use this specific brand/product. It is easy to swallow absorption is better with the K2 and the D3 together. The dosage is small ingredients are simple no side effects and a high quality so I just stick to the brand. The price point is totally worth it.

Great supplement.
I have low vitamin D and have bern taking this for years. I heard It’s good for your heart. At age 54 I recently had a calcium cardio scan completed and I have zero plaque in my arteries. Related? Unsure. But I am going to keep on taking it.

A great combination vitamin
I take these K2 vitamins along with my calcium. After having my thyroid out, I was warned that it was important to make sure that I was getting enough calcium and the K2 helps the calcium work. Also, I always try to take a D supplement so this works for multiple reasons.
