Product doesn't work as it claims
The product is a farce. The hardness doesn't decrease even an ounce. I urge customers not to buy this product and get fooled. Current hardness of the Borewell water is 510 and it still remained the same evey after using the product. I am going to file a PIL against this company and issue a public notice.

A useful add-on for homes using borewell water. Hope the durability stays good in long-term use.
Using this Waterlab geyser filter for hard water and I’m satisfied with the performance. Earlier the geyser and taps used to collect white scale very quickly, but after installing this filter the buildup has reduced a lot. The product looks premium and installation was hassle free.
