My expectation was very low for this product, but since I needed a cheap replacement remote to give kids, one that is disposable. I bought this remote, and to be honest the buttons are a bit hard to press, but in general it works well with my Samsung Q90 TV and is cheap enough to make it disposable in case it breaks or gets lost, especially since Samsung doesn't sell replacement remotes.

Review for Astigo Samsung compatible TV remote. Kids keep dropping the original so needed a cheap replacement. There are many options on Amazon and most have many bad reviews. This one with the Astigo label seems far better than expected. Its an infrared remote so works straight away. There seems to be no problem with the distance and works several feet away from the TV. Surprised to see that all of the buttons actually work including the Netflix, Prime and Www buttons that aren't even on the original Samsung remote. Yes everything is clicky but this doesn't bother me at all. Overall it is well built and the quality of materials is very good. Time will tell if it lasts or not but can't complain at its price.

The Remote is not functioning as per specifications and also not having the basic necessary features to control and operate the Samsung Smart TV. One can not control Audio volume increase or decrease, Input sources selection to TV and even the keys are sticky so very unreliable in operation.

Total I had experienced 3 pieces and I am not happy. in each of these some buttons do not work. fed up i discarded it.. afraid not worth my time n money.

Bad quality..I had replaced it once as the plastic lamination was not removable. Agian I received the same kind of faulty product...I am fed up..
