Kinesiology Athletic Tape, Gentle Adhesive for Sensitive Skin, 20 Count, 10" Precut Strips, Beige

I strongly recommend this product. I did find it easier to remove than the normal KT tape, but it did stay in place and seemed to work just as well for me. Unfortunately, I have some sort of allergy to the adhesive so I’m not able to continue use of this product, but I think this is absolutely a great product for those without allergies that have sensitive skin.

It doesn’t rip skin off. Actually sticks but removable.

I found this to be very gentle on my skin, after having reactions to several other kinesiology tapes. My physical therapist tapes my knee with this three times per week. In my case, it is dual purpose, to both increase blood flow and provide a reminder of proper patterns of motion. The beige color is neutral, and while significantly darker than my skin, isn’t flashy or prone to drawing attention. The only downside for me is that the adhesive seems to last only 18 hours or so, which I suppose is the trade off for having a more gentle adhesive.

Excellent! Stays all day and even through a shower as long as you don’t touch the tape and follow directions; be sure to smooth it out after application bc I think that action warms it a little and makes it stick better. I used it to keep an abdominal hernia at bay until I had surgery. I still use it sometimes when I just want a little more support in that area.

I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and I’ve been SUFFERING for 5 days with excruciating sipped rib pain. I was extremely skeptical that KT tape would help but within minutes of taping my ribs I could finally take a deep breath for the first time in almost a week. I cried tears of relief because I’ve been in so much pain and oxygen deprived. Thank you KT tape for helping me breathe. Even by myself and in pain I could easily apply the tape to get relief after following some tutorials. It also shipped very quickly which was great because I’m not sure I could’ve made it another day like this without caving to go to urgent care or the hospital for pain relief.

It does not stay taped. It's gentle but comes off the same day.

I have sensitive skin. I get it. But this product never should have made it past the testing phase. It doesn’t stick. Traditional KT tape lasts for DAYS - this didn’t even last hours. I’m looking for another brand. Total waste.

This types are amazing 😍 better than what I was expecting! I'm definitely recommending for those with chronic muscle pain!

Works well and easy to remove

Eta en particular no se adhiere bien una sobre la otra, y en cuanto se moja comienza a desprenderse, así que hay que cambiarlo diario, no me funciono

I have been using tapes from other manufacturers for years, some cheap and some premium. This is the first time that I had the tape roll off while putting on the trousers. Even with shorts, it came off after a few hours. An absolute waste of money
