Quality: This creatine is exactly what I wanted — no fillers, no flavoring, just pure creatine monohydrate. It mixes easily with water or shakes and has zero taste, which makes it super convenient to add to my routine. I've been using it consistently and have noticed better recovery and strength during workouts. No bloating or side effects either. It’s a clean supplement that just works. Solid choice if you want something reliable.

PEScience TruCreatine+ has been a fantastic addition to my husband's workout regimen. The combination of pure creatine monohydrate and ElevATP significantly boosts his strength and endurance. He's noticed improved performance and quicker recovery times since he started using it. The powder mixes effortlessly with his protein shake, without any gritty texture or unpleasant taste. With 30 servings per container, it offers great value and lasts him through the month. If you’re looking for a high-quality creatine supplement to elevate your workouts, TruCreatine+ is the way to go. Highly recommend for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike!

Out of all the creatine powders I’ve tried; this is one is the least invasive on your palette. You can’t really taste it and it wont change the flavor of your whatever you mix it with. It dissolves incredibly well with warm or cold drinks. You can take it with either coffee, smoothies, juices, or throw it in your water jug for the day (which is what I mostly do). Bloating and nausea is not an issue Ive experienced with this brand compared to other creatine products I’ve taken in the past. This one is so easy for my system to digest. I keep it in a glass container at home. which makes opening and closing the lid quicker and easier. It’s also more aesthetically pleasing. A secondary to-go container stays in my work bag to make sure to include it in my day if i rush out of the house in the morning. I used to pay around $39 for the smaller tub at a local shop which made this larger tub’s current pricing a no brainer for me to buy. Since that local nutrition shop would sell out so quickly; ordering from Amazon became the smartest choice for me. Im sure if you’re here you’ve already researched the benefits of creatine so I’d recommend subscribing or even getting a tub to try it out.

I’ve been using creatine monohydrate consistently for the past three months, and it’s easily one of the most effective and well-researched supplements I’ve ever added to my fitness routine. I opted for a micronized version to improve solubility, and it mixes effortlessly with water or my post-workout shake—no gritty texture or aftertaste. Results: Within the first couple of weeks, I noticed a noticeable increase in strength and endurance during resistance training. My reps went up, and my recovery between sets improved significantly. Over time, I also experienced modest muscle fullness, likely due to the increased intracellular water retention, which is expected with creatine. Other Benefits: • No bloating or stomach discomfort (as long as I stay hydrated) • Affordable and cost-effective—one tub lasts a long time • No need to “load” it for it to work; I just take 5g daily

You're not going to get better creatine than Creapure. Simple as that. The ElevATP in this stuff is an intriguing idea, but is it worth the price? Probably not. It does inadvertently add a pleasant hint of apple flavor to the product, but here's the thing; creatine itself is going to saturate the muscles with creatine. Now you're kinda committed to taking this right before your workout, though, because that's how ElevATP is supposed to be taken, to boost creatine production during your workout. Plus, if you want that effect, just buy some pure ATP powder. It'll do a heck of a lot more than some apple and peat. There's also the question of loading; can you even load with this product? How much ElevATP is too much? I tried it out of curiosity and yes, it's a good product, but I'd rather just have a big ol jar of Creapure for a better price, and a seperate jar of ATP. That's what I'll go with next time.
