I bought it for the plants!
I read a recommendation that said to dissolve one tablet per liter of water to fertilize the plants. They are beautiful! And the flower ones have many. Note: it is a product for human consumption but only I have used it on my plants. We have not consumed it.

Smells terrible
I’ve been taking this B1 vitamin for a few months now, and I have to say, the benefits are undeniable. It gives me a noticeable boost in energy.
