I ordered yesterday and was delivered so quickly by the night of the same day, but what is the use of this delivery if the goods are nit fit for purpose. I was so disappointed today when I went to put it all together , only to find the screws that set in the wheels are not aligned, they are at least 2/3cm out so the screws to not go into the main body to allow the wheels to run or as I feel the wheels will just come off without the screws set in properly. I am 88 years old and wanted this to help me move things around, but they need to look at the alinement of the holes for the screws before selling anymore of these trolleys. such a disappointment as the main product is so good and sturdy

Not got wheels on the product as yet. I do like the size and the weight. Don’t know as yet how the product works and does the job as yet.

Looks very good. I would have loved to keep it but the 2 front wheels marked with red cannot be fixed in their hole, to stuck in the hole; they keep falling down. I have to return it. I am so sorry because, when folded occupies a very little space compared with other hand trucks. Darn! More work for me to do, like returning the item.Today, I cancelled the return: I glued the wheels in their holes. It is working.

Wish I had bought a slightly larger one, it is great

Wheels are very tiny you can carry weights on an uneven surface it gets stuck. Even on blocks it won't work. It will only work on smooth surface which is not possible when you are trying to move the stuff from one place to another.

Definitely not what I was expecting .Pretty much does it own thing with the wheels.Not sure what to do with it tbh.But I’ll figure it out somehow. Lol

Can't use it for big, heavy, uneven object, as it will tilt to one side and unable to move. The bar only stay at a degree which makes it really hard to move the trolley. Not good to use it on uneven surface and long distance, as 100% it will drop off the trolley and end up adding an extra thing to carry by hand. Conclusion, WASTE OF MONEY.

I am 109% disabled veteran due to broken neck and back. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia and severe Arthritis in my spine. I order a lot, from various places. Sometimes I cannot bring in boxes that I can’t lift (anything over 5-10 pounds). I usually have to wait for hubby to get home from work to bring heavy things in.I was looking at several kinds of little dollies and decided on this one. I’m so thankful I got it!!I have been able to put cases of Sparkling Water, Monsters, plus other heavy boxes on this and bring from our front door to our kitchen or garage (I buy LOTS of drinks). I have put 4 cases of Monster drinks on this at the same time (cases of 15 cans PER case), and this little guy had no problems at all, so VERY sturdy!I love the bungee cords- they are a big help to hold cases on this. I also like the angle of the handle. What I LOVE about this is its ability to turn any way I need it to. It does not just go forward and backwards. I can make it turn in a circle if needed! I also LOVE that you can fold the handle and this can store pretty much anywhere….against a wall, closet, under a bed. It’s very light weight…so much so that I didn’t think it could hold and move with 4 cases of energy drinks!! But it sure did!!I think this was absolutely worth the price, although I got it on sale- but if anything were to happen to it, I would pay full price. I definitely recommend!
