Do they bend at the waist? Can they be put on seated position?

There my not be full articulation in the waist but the legs should move at the hips enough to create a seated position. (My figure is still boxed, but I have other figures that are opened.)

Is ghe head removable for customs?

The head is removable but first you have to apply heat to the head. You can use water you have immediately boiled or a hair dryer. I recommend for a hair dryer on the highest setting no more than 30 seconds and for boiled water dipping the head in the cup of the boiled water, 1-2 minutes.
