Will it hurt my fiance's delicate fingers when she eats her breakfast pudding?

Only if she bites her fingers in the process. This is why you should teach her to use a spoon. I would advise starting with an infant's spoon until she gets used to the idea. Also, applying bitter apple to her fingertips may discourage her from using her fingers to eat her pudding. A $50 gel manicure may discourage her from using her fingers for anything other than pointing or making a rude gesture. Good luck!

Does anyone no the gauge of the silverware? I want something that feels slightly heavier than cheap silverware, that withstands spooninghard ice cream

I don’t have any gauged measurements, but can assure you (as an avid ice cream eater strait out of the carton) these are nice and thick. Great for spooning some loved ice cream!
