This is a good product, but there is no insert listing ratios.
I have been making preserves for three decades, and i ordered this to help my jellies/jams set. But there is no insert listing juice/sugar/pectin ratios, and I couldn't find the information online, so I adapted from a sure-jell insert. Well, there are differences in formulae, and I ended up with some delicious but rock-hard plum jam. Will tweak for the next use, but guidelines would be welcome!

Runny jelly!!
Mostly sugar and not enough pectin. I had to use 3 times the amount due to having to run through the gelling process twice and still not completely set. Back to Surejel and Certo! It’s not a deal if I have to use the whole bag all at once!!

Excellent product and so much cheaper than popular brands! Love my jam outcome. Can even use less sugar!

Read the Ingredients label -- NOT 100% fruit pectin
We've loved purchasing other items from Anthony's --- great company. When we purchased this item, we were just looking for fruit pectin -- 100%, no sugar or other additives. When trying to return this item, we were not able to do so. Just make note -- the 1st ingredient is SUGAR and the LAST ingredient is pectin.
