The gum is really easy to take and it tastes good. The only downside that I found out later is that it only contains Bifidobacterium. It doesn’t have lactobacillus strain, not ideal if you are lactose intolerant.

I have purchased these 7 times. Worth the price as I've tried lower priced prebiotic and probiotic supplements that do not have the same effect. I really think this brand helps my gut so much that I don't crave foods and am able to control my food intake better.

I discovered Align DualBiotic when visiting my mother. Her doctor recommended. I had been using a different brand and was not over the top pleased with results, plus the brand I was buying was covered in sugar. Cant stand that. I love the take of Align DualBiotic. They are soft and not hard. Dissolve well in my mouth leaving a good taste. AND they work. My bloat and upset tummy feel better and regular. I now have these gummies on a delivery subscription.
