I have purchased these 7 times. Worth the price as I've tried lower priced prebiotic and probiotic supplements that do not have the same effect. I really think this brand helps my gut so much that I don't crave foods and am able to control my food intake better.

They are soft and not hard. Dissolve well in my mouth leaving a good taste. AND they work. My bloat and upset tummy feel better and regular. I now have these gummies on a delivery subscription.
