I did my first ion cleanse at my chiropractor's office, his machine cost about $2,000! This does an amazing job! I use it about once every couple of weeks and besides the look of the water, I noticed the significant difference in the amount of swelling in my knee and the decrease of pain. I broke my knee in June, and developed a blood clot in my leg which is why we did an ion cleanse in the first place. Have fun I'm getting one of these for my daughter for Christmas. Does it work as well as the $2,000 machine? Probably not! But, for the cost of this and the way that it does work it was well worth it. I can only use it for myself multiple times, it is paid for itself at this point, my friends and family can also use it as well

Works as expected! I've been having this done for several years, in a professional setting using a 3K dollar machine. While Doc's machine has a lymph drainage setting, this home model also gets the job done. Just remember the color change in the water means nothing! A lot of the impurities in the water react with the array. This is normal. What matters to me is the yucky foam - that's the lymph fluid. I have lymphedema in both legs and especially bad in the arches of my feet and a round the ankles. As expected my swelling increased right after treatment, and was much smaller than "normal" this morning. So this works for me and I hope to reap some compounding benefits by being able to treat myself on a more regular basis.

I had an expensive model of an ionic foot detox kit for 20+ years but it finally had to be replaced. My comments/comparisons that follow are to the fantastic model I'd been accustomed to. But I would buy this one again presuming I can easily and affordable buy replacement arrays (haven't explored that yet). PROS: inexpensive; portable; simple to use; quiet; works; alternates +/- every 5 min as opposed to other models that don't change as frequently; and I was easily able to start a 2nd cycle for a total of a 45 min treatment (my old allowed any input of time, so I always did 45 min). CONS: It uses an array with a non-typical plug into the machine; it took 45 minutes for the water to look like my old one did after only ~10 min., telling me it could be more powerful (not sure of why, i.e. amperage, +/- cycling frequency, etc.); I didn't think it was working at first because there weren't bubbles, per manual, around the array but the water soon changed colors to show me that it was. It turned out that adding more salt was needed, which instructions don't speak to.

I’m super impressed with this foot detox. I guess I got lucky because mine works. I’ve probably used it about 10 times. I know this is detoxing me because I can see the difference in the colors and junk that is in the water with my own eyes. I had gained a lot of inflammation weight and had been dieting-I hit a plateau for about 3 weeks not losing anything-I used this at night and the next morning I lost 2 lbs on the scale. Whoo-hoo. Anyone who thinks this is just a scam needs to just give it a try for themselves...because it works. I need to find the replacement coils for this.

Just got it today opened the box got it all set up ready to use and guess what the unit doesn't start up turned on the main switch in back of unit and nothing no blinking no top or front panel lights the main switch light doesn't even light up, I read the manual and did everything according to the instructions even went to another outlet in my home and still nothing I'd like another unit sent to me please one that actually works and not a dead horse. I contacted AW and told them of my defective unit and send me a replacement unit one that actually works I'm very highly disappointed at this point as I have health issues and I came to believe I originally purchased a working foot detox machine but not. AW sent me an email to send them a video of the issues the machine is having I feel they are jacking me around at this point and don't really care about their customers the only issue here is it doesn't work. I'm contacting Amazon for a full refund since all I was asking is for a shipping label to be sent to me so I can resend this defective non working detox machine back to them and be sent a good working replacement detox machine.

This is the same unit used in my foot spa. Now I can get more frequent treatments at home. Easy to use just add a pinch of salt to the water. I use a plastic liner in my foot barrel because the end product can leave residue behind. I’m delighted and looking forward to all the benefits that ionic foot detox offers.

I had a problem with the foot spa device due to water getting into it. I had only used it a few time. AWInternational walked me through a process to see what was going on. They determined I needed a new adaptor, which they sent out to me. It is now working! We are so happy because we want to keep using it. Thank you!

I don’t think those are really toxins from my feet, but it is relaxing and enjoyable to soak them and think that something may be happening.
