Calibration is inaccurate and not of any practical use
Dont rely on this for checking the level of any flat surface. Depending on how you place it, it shows both on-level and off-level. Do this simple check: Place this triangle shaped spirit level on any flat surface with the pointed end facing right and check the bubble position. Now just turn it around the other way, to make the flat end point to the right. The bubble position would have moved - ideally, no matter how you rotate the spirit level in the same place, the bubble position has to remain constant.
